Bogwalker at the Rosetta Room
For being a new venue, Mesa’s Rosetta Room is quickly becoming one of its most popular for shows! I went to Bogwalker’s performance a few weeks ago and it was TIGHT! Lead guitar Matt is in about 17 different bands, as are most of the guys in Bogwalker hahaha. He said the scene if pretty incest-y, a few of the guys are in other bands with each other. I say when you have the passion to make your art you gotta make it any chance you can
Singer/Bass: Jesse Hall
Guitar: Matt Immerzeel
Guitar: Jeff Horen
Drums: Max Pietrzak
Here is how I deal with the dreaded Magenta in Lightroom before color grading in Photoshop…Its an awesome deep glow in person but can be hard to process and look great on “film” as its so close to or the same under tones as a lot of caucasian skin.
…and there is always B&W if all else fails or you are super exhausted and its 3 am after the show but you want to get bands images ASAP!
And of course I love my filters! I bring several glass screw on filters for my lens to play and show the energy of the performances.
Hi, I’m Anjeanette — a concert and live music photographer based in Phoenix, Arizona. What started as a love for local shows turned into a profession that allows me to merge sound and imagery. Capturing the emotion, chaos, and rhythm of live performances. From underground venues to larger stages, I focus on telling the story of artists, fans, and the connection they share. Each photo session is a collaboration — an opportunity to freeze the feeling of the music and the energy of the crowd.
I believe concert photography is more than documenting — it’s storytelling. I look for authentic moments: a quiet pause before the encore, the instant a spotlight hits a guitar string, or the way an audience reacts to a familiar song. My editing style is cinematic and gem toned vibrant, preserving the atmosphere of the night while keeping the emotion real.
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m a portrait photographer for high school and college seniors, headshots, or collaborating with local creatives. Supporting the Phoenix music scene means everything to me — I work closely with bands, venues, promoters, and festivals to build lasting partnerships that celebrate our local talent.
